Setting a custom respond-to email address for account notifications

The respond-to email address is used for:

  • New account notifications
  • Comment notifications

The default setting is no-reply@screenstepslive.com.  You can set a custom address by following the instructions in this article.

Select Account Settings (along the top navigation)

Select account settings

Click Account Settings (on the left-hand side)

Click on the Company Name

Check Box > Enter e-mail address > click Update

Enter New Name and Select OK
