Adding a border around an image

This feature is only available in the desktop editor.

There are two ways to add borders around images. The first is to set the border for the step. This will place a border around the resulting step image, which is a combination of images and annotations.

The second way is to add a border around an individual image within the step. This can be useful if you have multiple images in a step and want them to stand out from one another.

Click on the image > select Image Border

Click on the image > select Border Type

Is there a way to automatically apply the same border to all images in an article? Or do I have to do that with the CSS? Thanks!

Trevor DeVore

@Lori - you can select all of the steps in the document and then change the border setting. That will update all steps in the article.

Thanks for the super quick response, Trevor! That worked perfectly.
