How do I unpublish an article?

For Zendesk Users

Unpublishing an article in ScreenSteps will not unpublish in Zendesk. It will simply prevent ScreenSteps from publishing future updates to that Zendesk article. If you want the article to be unpublished from your Zendesk Help Center you will need to do that in Zendesk.

Click on the dropdown next to the article's title

Click Unpublish
