Reactivate an account (with details example)

Why was the account canceled?

Reactivate

These are example steps. They are not actually the steps to reactivate an account.

Click on Account > Users
Click on a Username
Check Deactivated > Update
Deactivate user

The Deactivated checkbox will be disabled if the user is the account owner. The account owner cannot be deactivated.

How is customer paying?

Update Credit Card

These are example steps. They are not actually the steps to update a credit card.

IMPORTANT: You must be the account owner to adjust billing information.

Click Account > Billing
Account > Billing
Click on Update Credit Card
Click on Update Credit Card
Enter your updated credit card information
Enter your updated credit card information

Update Billing Information

Click Account > Billing
Click Change invoice email address
Update billing contact information

Send Wire Transfer Information

These are example steps. They are not actually the steps to send wire transfer information

To enter payment information, navigate to the ScreenSteps Admin application in your browser.

Select Account > Billing

Only the account owner will see the Billing option.

Select Plan

You can choose one of the available plans by clicking on Select this plan (1). If you pay by the Year it will be less expensive than if you pay each month (2).

Choose monthly or yearly billing and enter credit card information
Congratulations, you are done!
