Upgrade to get Workflow Articles

What do you get when you upgrade?

Upgrade your ScreenSteps plan to a Growing Business Plan or higher to get access to the following features:

  • Workflow Articles
  • Checklists
  • Courses
  • Chrome Extension
  • Reports

Note: Workflow Articles and Checklists are now available with the Zendesk integration.

Are you the account owner?

Only the account owner can update your billing plan.

Navigate to Billing

Select Account > Billing

Only the account owner will see the Billing option.

Select a New Plan

Select New Plan

You can choose one of the other available plans by clicking on Switch to this plan (1). If you pay by the Year it will be less expensive than if you pay each month (2).

If your account has customized options then you will not have the option of switching plans and you will see the message below. Contact support@screensteps.com in order to change your plan.

Choose monthly or yearly billing

Choose whether you would like to be billed monthly or yearly.

Request Access to Workflow Articles

After you upgrade to a Growing Business Plan or higher, click here to request access to the Workflow feature:

The ScreenSteps team will then reach out and set you up with Workflow Articles.
