What is an article?
An article is a single document that you create in your ScreenSteps account. It can be as long or as short as you like, but short, concise articles tend to work better. By default articles will appear as webpages. They can also be exported to PDF, Word, XML and HTML.
What is a site?
A space is the website users view to access your content on ScreenSteps. If a user has permission to view a site or if the site is public, they will be able to see all articles that are in that site.
A site can also be customized with custom templates to look anyway that you would like it to.
How do I protect my articles?
When you create new articles, they are automatically marked as "hidden." Users can only access your article once you make it visible.
What is a manual?
A manual is an ordered collection of articles with a table of contents.
