ScreenSteps 2.9 is not longer supported with the online ScreenSteps service (formerly know as ScreenSteps Live).
The latest version of ScreenSteps is version 4. If you have an active ScreenSteps account then this is included in your subscription and you can download the latest version here:
Some features that were present in ScreenSteps 2.9 are not supported in ScreenSteps 4 including:
- Word export
- HTML export
- WordPress export
