How do I invite a user to a site?

You can invite a user who does not have access to ScreenSteps.

By sending an invitation to a user from the site, that user will be able to create their own username and password and will only have access to the site you invite them to.

  1. Navigate to the correct site
  2. Click on Viewers

Click + Add User

Users | Permissions | Credit Union | ScreenSteps

Select Role and include Email

The site is automatically added

When you invite a user to a site, the site is automatically added to the user's profile. You can customize the permissions from here prior to sending the invitation.

Click Invite
