How to update your Zendesk connection settings in ScreenSteps
If you change your API key in Zendesk or need to change the user you use to connect ScreenSteps to Zendesk then you will need to update your connection settings in ScreenSteps.
Select Settings from the site sidebar. Enter your updated settings and select Update.
Your API token will not be displayed. It will only be updated if you enter a new API token.
