How to update your table of contents in Zendesk
Updated onArticleWhenever you create new articles or edit existing ones your changes will be pushed to Zendesk if the article is visible (unless you save a draft).
But if you make modifications to the structure of your table of contents you will need to manually push these changes to Zendesk. This applies anytime you move articles between chapters or reorder articles in chapters.

Keep in mind that when you Save & Publish an article in the web or desktop ScreenSteps article editor, it will update the article in Zendesk. If you Save as Draft in an article editor it will save a copy of your changes in ScreenSteps but will not update the article in Zendesk.

This article will show an example of deleting an article in Zendesk when you move it to the trash in ScreenSteps. This is done using the Delete in External Service option. Deleting categories or sections in Zendesk when you delete a manual or chapter in ScreenSteps is done the same way.
