Reason for error
The reason this issue is occurring is likely because the Mac's privacy settings are not updated to include ScreenSteps to take screenshots.
Corrective Action
1. Navigate to System Settings...
2. Click Privacy & Security
3. Click Screen Recording
4. Confirm ScreenSteps is toggled
If ScreenSteps isn't there, you will need to add it (see below).
5. Add ScreenSteps if necessary
