How do I unpublish an article?

The unpublish option will not be available for articles in a site connected to a Zendesk account. If you want the article to be unpublished from your Zendesk Help Center you will need to do that in Zendesk.

Quickly finding an article in your account
Updated onArticleUsing the Quick Search bar you can instantly jump to any article in your account. When you search for articles in the Quick Search bar only article titles are searched. For more complicated searches use the Site > All Articles or All Content > All Articles screens.

How to change the Zendesk ID that a ScreenSteps article, chapter or manuals is connected to
Updated onArticleOnly do this if you really know what you are doing and know specifically why you are going to do it.
ScreenSteps stores a record of the Zendesk ID of every article you publish from ScreenSteps to Zendesk. That ID is the only way ScreenSteps knows which article to update in Zendesk. ScreenSteps does not decide which article to update in Zendesk based on title, only based on the ID that ScreenSteps stores.
The main reason to use this feature is to connect an existing ScreenSteps article to an article that already exists in Zendesk. This allows you to have ScreenSteps update the existing Zendesk article without changing the Zendesk URL for that article.
