Employee Training Videos Introduction

Updated on

Welcome to the course! We get a lot of questions about making training videos for employees, so we put this course together to give you a few ideas on the subject. The purpose of this course is to share 3 types of training videos that you can create. If you're more interested in learning about how to actually create the video (software, hardware, etc.) then check out this course.

The most common type of training video we see is the one where somebody records their screen while clicking through a procedure. We discuss two additional types of videos that you should consider creating before subjecting your employees to watching you click around the screen. One is what we call a "Concept" video (also known as an Explainer) and the other is what we call a "Process" video.
