Welcome to the course! We get a lot of questions about making training videos for employees, so we put this course together to give you a few ideas on the subject. The purpose of this course is to share 3 types of training videos that you can create. The most common type of training video we see is the one where somebody records their screen while clicking through a procedure. We discuss two additional types of videos that you should consider creating before subjecting your employees to watching you click around the screen. One is what we call a "Concept" video (also known as an Explainer) and the other is what we call a "Process" video.
