The default color presets for the 2019 template are AA WCAG 2.1 compliant. If you choose to adjust your template colors (either to achieve AAA compliance or for branding purposes), you may want to run your site pages through the WAVE Web Accessibility Evaluation Tool in order to ensure they still meet (or exceed) the default compliance.
