SAML Troubleshooting Checklist
Updated onChecklistYou can find your SAML test URL by editing the Single Sign-on Endpoint. See here.
Copy and paste the URL into a new Incognito browser window to test signing in.
If clicking on the SAML test URL does not take you to the correct login screen you will need to update your Remote Login URL to point to your Identity Provider. You can update your Remote Login URL by editing the Single Sign-on endpoint. See here for how to get there.

Spell check
Updated onArticleThe ScreenSteps desktop editor has spell check built in. You can either check spelling as a one-time event, or you can check spelling as you type.
On macOS the language that is being spell checked will be determined automatically. On Windows you can select from one of the pre-installed spell check dictionaries.

Which text formatting options are available?

"Unable to initialize spell checking library" error
Updated onArticleIf you see an error when launching ScreenSteps on Windows that begins with "Unable to initialize spell checking library" then your operating system is most likely missing some Microsoft files that ScreenSteps requires in order to run.
To fix the issue, visit https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads-2647da03-1eea-4433-9aff-95f26a218cc0 and download the x86 version of the Visual Studio 2015, 2017 and 2019 redistributable.
