How to Publish/Push an Entire Manual to Zendesk

2. Publish the manual

  1. Click the action menu next to the manual
  2. Select Publish in Zendesk HC

After publishing articles to Zendesk, removal must be done directly within Zendesk, as they don't not provide a way to remove/delete/hide articles via their API.
