Does ScreenSteps support multiple Zendesk brands?

Yes. Each Zendesk brand has its own Zendesk url. For example:

  • https://brand1.zendesk.com
  • https://brand2.zendesk.com

You will just need to configure a separate site in ScreenSteps for each brand. ScreenSteps treats each brand as a separate Zendesk account.

Just want to make sure I'm clear on this... So I create a separate site, and when I go to integrate Zendesk, use that brand's Zendesk domain but the same API key from our ZD account, correct? Thanks!
