If you change your API key in Zendesk or need to change the user you use to connect ScreenSteps to Zendesk then you will need to update your connection settings in ScreenSteps.
For information on generating a new Zendesk API key refer to the following article in the Zendesk Help Center:
Select Settings from the site sidebar.
Your API token will not be displayed. It will only be updated if you enter a new API token.
