How to publish or update individual articles to Zendesk

Go to the manual > chapter that contains your article.

  1. Click the action menu next to the article title .
  2. Select Push update to Zendesk HC to publish individual articles.

When publishing an article to Zendesk the article will alway be visible within Zendesk. Zendesk does not provide a way to hide articles via their API.
