How to publish or update individual articles to Zendesk

Go to the manual > chapter that contains your article.

  1. Click the action menu next to the article title .
  2. Select Push update to Zendesk HC to publish individual articles.

When pushing an article to Zendesk for the first time the article will alway be visible (published) within Zendesk. Zendesk does not provide a way to hide articles via their API.

If the article has already been pushed to Zendesk, and the article has been switched to a Draft in Zendesk, then pushing the article from ScreenSteps to Zendesk will update the article content but the article will remain in Draft mode.
