By default Zendesk won't allow you to use video embed codes and will strip attributes from HTML. In order to embed videos, use numbered lists that start on a number other than "1", maintain proper table and column widths, or use indented text you will need to activate the Display unsafe HTML option to embed videos in your Zendesk Help Center.
Go to your Zendesk Agent Console and open Help Center
Select General Settings
Check "Display unsafe content"
Scroll to the top and select Update
