Why are the links to my images broken?

If you are using the ScreenSteps API to pull ScreenSteps content out of a PRIVATE site in ScreenSteps and into your own website  then you will need to set your ScreenSteps site to use non-expiring image URLs.

Select your site

Check box > Update

By default, ScreenSteps keeps all of your images private. That means that image URLs generated by ScreenSteps will expire after a certain time period. 

Check this box to turn the setting off.

If you are using the Zendesk integration and you see broken images then please contact support. There is probably something that needs to be reconfigured on your account.
