Videos, numbered lists, tables, or indenting won't display properly in Zendesk
Updated onArticleBy default Zendesk won't allow you to use video embed codes and will strip attributes from HTML. In order to embed videos, use numbered lists that start on a number other than "1", maintain proper table and column widths, or use indented text you will need to activate the Display unsafe HTML option to embed videos in your Zendesk Help Center.
