By default, when users download a PDF of a manual, the PDF template assigned to the site the manual belongs to will be used. If you would like to use a different PDF for a manual, you can assign one using the instructions below.
Edit manual properties
From the manual contextual menu in the ScreenSteps web interface, select Edit Manual.
Select PDF template to use
Click the Update button to save changes
