In the ScreenSteps web browser application you can download a PDF version of the published content in an article, a chapter or the entire manual.
Note that only published content will be included in the PDF file. Draft or unpublished content will not be included.
Also, due to their interactive nature and the fact that they include several possible paths, Workflow articles cannot be exported as PDF.
If you want to customize the look of your PDF documents create a PDF template.
Download an individual article
1. Select menu icon next to the article title > Download PDF
Make sure you are viewing the list of Articles. You can navigate to your articles by clicking the Manual > Chapter.
2. Select Template > Generate PDF
3. Select Download PDF
Download a chapter
1. Click the menu icon next to chapter title > select Download PDF
Make sure you are viewing the list of Chapters. You can navigate to the chapter by clicking the Manual title.
2. Select Generate PDF
3. Select Download PDF
Download the entire manual
1. Click the menu icon next to manual title > select Download PDF
2. Select Generate PDF
3. Select Download PDF
