The browser extension is tied to a site subdomain. If you only have one site in your ScreenSteps account, then this article won't apply to you. This only applies if you have multiple sites in your ScreenSteps account and you want to have the extension link to different sites within your account.
Open the Browser Extension
Logout
Enter Site Subdomain
This will be the name of one of your other sites in your account.
You can only be logged into one site at a time.
