The ScreenSteps Browser Extension is an add-on to select plans. If you don't currently have access but are interested in adding it to your plan, please reach out to <billing@screensteps.com>.
Before you can add content to a contextual help channel, you will need to create a channel.
1. Navigate to your channels
2. Click on the channel you want to edit
3. Add articles to the channel
4. Test contextual help
4.1. Open the extension on the associated web page
