Use this call flow when a customer calls in asking to sign up for an account.

Great! Are you looking to sign up for a trial? Or do you want to purchase a subscription?

Do they have to have a trial account first?

No. You don't need a trial account before purchasing a subscription.

Create Trial Account

I'll go ahead and create that for you.

1. Create a new account in the backend

2. Add contact information

What do want to name your account?

Input the account name and click Save at the bottom of the page.

3. Provide account URL and configuration

I've created your ScreenSteps trial account for you. I'm going to send you an email to configure your password.

4. Assign to Trial Drip Campaign in CRM

Locate their profile in the CRM and add them to the Trial Drip Campaign.

5. Confirm they know how to access account

Ok, your account is all set up. Do you have any additional questions about accessing your account?

Create Customer in Billing Software

Sounds good. Let me get you set up in our billing system.

  2. Click Customers

Create Subscription in Billing Software

Alright, now I'm just going to activate your subscription.

You will use this ID later in the process.

If the customer is not sure, perform a quick search in the database using their company name and/or their email address.

Locate & Edit Account

1. Search for the trial account

Navigate to the Account database and locate the trial account via search.
