Which Operating System do you use?

To delete print jobs from the Epson Queue, I first need to know which operating system you are using.

Cancel Jobs

  1. Do one of the following:
    • Windows 10: Right-click the windows menu.
    • Windows 8: Navigate to the Start screen, right-click the screen, and select All apps.
  2. Select Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Devices and Printers.
  3. Right-click your product name, select See what's printing, and select your product name again, if necessary.
  4. Right-click the stalled print job, click Cancel, and click Yes.

Cancel jobs

  1. Click the Windows menu and select Devices and Printers.
  2. Select your product name, then select See what's printing.
  3. Right-click the stalled print job, click Cancel, and click Yes.

  1. Click the windows menu and select ControlPanel.
  2. Click Printer under Hardware and Sound.
  3. Select your product name, then right-click your product name and select Open.
  4. Right click the stalled print job, click Cancel, and click Yes.

  1. Click Start and select Printers and Faxes.
  2. Right-click your product name, select Open.
  3. Select the stalled print job, select Document, select Cancel, then click Yes.

Delete pending jobs

  1. Select the apple menu >System Preferences, then clickPrinters & Scanners.
  2. Double-click your product to open the print queue.
  3. Select the pending print job(s) in the list, then click the x icon.

Delete Jobs

  1. Select the Apple menu >System Preferences, then click either Print & Fax or Print & Scan.
  2. Double-click your product to open the print queue.
  3. Select the pending print job(s) in the list, then click Delete.
