- Obtain one of the following:
- Company name
- User's email address
- Look up account in www.backenddatabase.com
If you cannot locate the account in the backend database, you can look it up in the billing database as it has alternative search terms you can use such as:
- Subscription ID (customer may have this from an invoice)
- Customer ID (customer may have this from an invoice)
