How to update your Salesforce SAML settings

Go to Setup

Select Setup

Go to Apps > Connected Apps > Manage Connected Apps

Go to Create > Apps

Edit the ScreenSteps SAML Connected App

Edit te ScreenSteps SAML Connected App

Update settings

  1. Make sure the Entity Id is accurate.
  2. Make sure that your ACS URL starts with 'https'
  3. Set the Name ID Format to urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:nameid-format:persistent
  4. Select Save.
Update settings
