Go to Apps > Connected Apps > Manage Connected Apps

Edit the ScreenSteps SAML Connected App

Update settings
- Make sure the Entity Id is accurate.
- Make sure that your ACS URL starts with 'https'
- Set the Name ID Format to urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:nameid-format:persistent
- Select Save.
