If you are an admin on an account, then you can request that an email be sent to you with a link that will log you in one time. This allows you to access your ScreenSteps account again and make any needed Single Sign-on configuration changes.
Requesting this email
- Visit the
/login/sso_bypass
url for your account.- For example, if your account name is
myaccount
then you would visit the following url:https://myaccount.screenstepslive.com/login/sso_bypass

- The email will contain a link that will log you into your account.
- Note that the link will expire 5 minutes after it is created.
Note: myaccount
does not refer to your username. It is the name of your ScreenSteps Account.
