You can enable a setting that allows for users with ScreenSteps accounts to bypass Single Sign-on. Essentially, the will log in via a /login/normal url for your account, which will ask you for a username and password that exists in the ScreenSteps system, not in your Single Sign-on identify provider.
1. Navigate to Account Settings
2. Allow users to bypass Single Sign-on
Enabling Allow Single Sign-on bypass for ScreenSteps user accounts for an account is less secure and is not recommended. Accounts created before February 26, 2021 have the setting enabled by default. All accounts created on or after February 26, 2021 have the setting turned off by default.
3. Send user the login/normal URL
In the example below, if your account name is myaccount then you would visit the following url:
https://myaccount.screenstepslive.com/login/normal
4. User will login with their credentials
Instead of being redirected to your Single Sign-on login page (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft), they will log in with their ScreenSteps username and password.
