How to Capture Console Errors for Support

1. In Chrome, right-click to Inspect the page

From within the Chrome browser, navigate to the screen where you are experiencing unexpected results, right-click over an empty space to bring up options, and then click "Inspect".

2. Click Console

3. Take a screenshot

Take a screenshot of the entire page (including the warnings or errors in the Console) and send to <support@screensteps.com>. If nothing appears in the console, attempt recreating the steps you took when experiencing the issue before taking your screenshot.
