Support team members are available to answer questions or address concerns from 9am to 8pm EST Monday-Friday (excluding major US holidays).

You can either email <support@screensteps.com> or fill out this support request form to start a ticket. If you are experiencing a technical issue or want to report a bug, please use this channel to reach out.

How to Chat with Support

For quick questions, you can start a chat session via the ? button in the bottom right corner of your admin site.
