Overview

The ScreenSteps for Salesforce Service Cloud integration allows for the automatic suggestion of your ScreenSteps knowledge base articles whenever a Service Cloud Case is viewed or a user performs a text search.

The article results can be:

Viewed inline
Viewed in a new window
Copied to the clipboard for pasting in the case response (URL to the article)

The Inline View

The inline view will display the entire article within the side panel, eliminating the need to switch between tabs or windows when referencing your ScreenSteps knowledge base.
