In order for non-admin users to use the ScreenSteps for Salesforce application you will need to assign the proper permissions to the ScreenSteps Home and ScreenSteps Visualforce Page.
These instructions will show you what to do for the ScreenSteps Visualforce Page page. Repeat the same steps for the ScreenSteps Home page.
Navigate to Setup
Navigate to App Setup > Develop > Visualforce Pages
Click on Security Link for "ScreenSteps Visualforce Home" Visualforce Page
Add User profiles
- Add all of the user profiles that wil need access to the ScreenSteps integration in Salesforce. The example below adds the Standard Platform User profile to the Enabled Profiles column.
- When you are done click Save.
Note that the profiles you need to add may be different depending on how your organization is set up.
Repeat steps for the "ScreenSteps Home" Visualforce Page
Now repeat these steps for the ScreenSteps Home page.

By "Standard Platform User" do you mean any and all profiles that we wish to be able to have access to ScreenSteps?
Blue Mango
"Standard Platform User" is one of the default users profiles which you can read about here: http://help.salesforce.com/HTViewHelpDoc?id=standard_profiles.htm&language=en_US
I believe that the profile covers anyone who could use the ScreenSteps for Salesforce app.

OK, sounds good. We do not utilize this profile in our org, as we've created many different custom profiles. I chose to enable each of these profiles to have access to the page.
