"Please check the user info to proceed" Error
If the "Please check the user info to proceed" error is displayed it is most likely due to one of two issues:
- The information in How to Configure ScreenSteps for Salesforce Service Cloud has been entered incorrectly.
- The "Email" field value of the user logged into Salesforce must be the same email address of a user in your ScreenSteps site granted appropriate permissions.
