How to Troubleshoot ScreenSteps for Salesforce Service Cloud Errors

"Please check the user info to proceed" Error

If the "Please check the user info to proceed" error is displayed it is most likely due to one of two issues:

  1. The information in How to Configure ScreenSteps for Salesforce Service Cloud has been entered incorrectly.
  2. The "Email" field value of the user logged into Salesforce must be the same email address of a user in your ScreenSteps site granted appropriate permissions.
