Background
If a group is unable to view a manual, you simply need to add that group to the manual's permissions by following these instructions.
Click the padlock icon next the manual title
Add the group or individual users who can view the manual.
Check the group/user(s) you want to add > Next
Click Add
The Authoring and Public Comments settings are for Contributors only. It does not affect what end-users can view in the published site.
