1. Navigate to the Template Editor
2. Modify Home Template
- Make sure you have Home selected from the dropdown
- Adjust the various sections of the template
3. Click Apply to preview on the right
4. Click Publish

@Marshall: All customizations to your site's template are made in the "Template Editor" space of your Content Management site (see step 1 above).
