How to Archive Comments

Archiving comments indicates to other moderators that it has been processed, without publishing it publicly on the article page or deleting it entirely.

Scenarios this works well for include:

  • If you opt to reply to a comment using a method other than a comment response (via email, support ticket, etc.) due to complexity or privacy concerns
  • If your internal team uses comments for noting needed changes to an article and the change has been made

1. Navigate to Comments

2. Click the Archive icon

Scroll to the comment you'd like to archive, and then click the Archive icon.

click publish
