What it looks like
This option will add a footer at the bottom of your knowledge base that will include text and a Contact Us button.
How to add/modify the footer
1. Navigate to Template Editor
2. Expand Global Settings
3. Click Global text string edit icon
4. Switch Show Contact Us to "On"
You can also modify the text and specify a URL (including mailto:) to send readers when they click the button.
5. Click Apply
6. Click Publish
