In general, the Contact Us button at the bottom of your knowledge base go to one email address.
However, you can also customize that button for specific manuals so that if a user is in your "Human Resources" manual and they click Contact Us, that user will be sent to an email address for Human Resources.
Follow the instructions below to set that up on a manual-by-manual basis.
Navigate to Site Template
Navigate to the manual you want to update
- Click Categories & Manuals
- Click the action menu next to the manual title you want to update
