This article will show you how to duplicate (i.e. create a copy of) an article that will not be affected by changes to the original article.
If you would like to have a copy of an article that has it's changes reflected in all copies of the article, you will want to reference the article (click here for more details).
1. Navigate to the Table of Contents
2. Navigate to the article to duplicate
Click into the Manual and then the Chapter where the article resides.
3. Click Duplicate from the article action menu
Click the menu icon to the far right of the article you want to copy. Then click Duplicate.
4. Choose the copy's location
Select the site, manual, and chapter where you would like to place the duplicate copy and click Duplicate Article.
1. Click to expand the Content menu
2. Click All Articles
3. Navigate to the article to duplicate
Use the filters or scroll to find the article you want to copy.
4. Click Duplicate from the article dropdown menu
To the right of the article title, click the down arrow to reveal more options. Then click Duplicate.
5. Choose the copy's location
Select the site, manual, and chapter where you would like to place the duplicate copy and click Duplicate Article.
