Overview
While reviewing your published site, you may realize that you need to add a new chapter to a manual. Using the Author Action Panel, you can create a new chapter when viewing a manual's table of contents in your published site.

Click the Author Action Button
Click Create New Chapter in Manual
The option to create a new chapter in the manual appears when clicking the Author Action button while viewing a manual's table of contents.
