Is my account set up for Copy Requests?

In order to move content from one ScreenSteps account to another ScreenSteps account, you must have Copy Requests enabled.

Copy Requests must be enabled on both accounts that are transferring content.

Follow the instructions below to determine whether Copy Requests have been activated on your account.

Confirm if Copy Requests is visible

If Copy Requests doesn't appear in All Content, then you must contact support@screensteps.com and request that the Copy Requests feature be turned on for your account.

If Copy Requests does appear, you have the feature enabled on your account.
