Why do some videos I embed in my articles not appear (i.e. work properly)?

By default, ScreenSteps strips out unsafe HTML. This may prohibit certain video embed code from working properly (e.g. the full screen option). You will need to activate the Allow unsafe HTML in article HTML content blocks option in ScreenSteps in order for all video controls to work.

Select Account > Account Settings

Account > Account Settings

Check "Allow unsafe HTML in article HTML content blocks"

Click Update to save changes
