How do I change my account plan?

If you would like to change your ScreenSteps plan so you can access more features, or you want to downgrade your plan because your current plan is too robust, just follow these instructions.

Select Account > Billing

Only the account owner will see the Billing option.

Select New Plan

You can choose one of the other available plans by clicking on Switch to this plan (1). If you pay by the Year it will be less expensive than if you pay each month (2).

If your account has customized options then you will not have the option of switching plans and you will see the message below. You will need to contact in order to change your plan.

Choose monthly or yearly billing

Choose whether you would like to be billed monthly or yearly.
