If one of your admins or editors needs to get setup again with ScreenSteps then you can resend the configuration email. The configuration email has:
- Instructions for downloading the ScreenSteps desktop software
- Instructions for configuring the desktop software.
Click on Account > Users
Select "Resend Configuration" from user action menu
