While ScreenSteps does provide user reporting, it only applies to internal documentation sites where end users are required to log in or authenticate via SSO.

The code will depend on the analytics provider you are using. Google Analytics is a good free option http://www.google.com/analytics/

@John - Add the Google Analytics code to the template will log each page the visitors visits. Each article is an individual page so each article will show up separately in your GA reports.
