How to get the public url for a site

Updated on

To point users to your site you don't want to share links to your administration area. You want to send links that point to your public area.

Click on the Go to Site button

When you click on the View Published Site button a new browser window will open with the url of the public area of your site. You can copy this url from your browser and send it to people.

We are currently trying to embed URLs to KA in other external documentation i.e., Outlook. How does get that URL to work and not refer the person back to the initial page?

@Laura: I'm going to start a support ticket for you so we can get more details as to what you're trying to do. Check your email for that.
